About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Data Analyst who wants to help drive our transformation journey forward. In this role, you will handle, build data models, and analyze data, develop automated solutions, and use BI tools to create decision-making support that strengthens the business. You will work closely with various parts of the organization and contribute to ensuring that our projects deliver value, efficiency, and support the organization in making well-informed decisions.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Create data models and use BI tools to build reports and dashboards that support business decisions
• Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
• Follow up on results and suggest improvements to optimize business processes
• Develop and implement automation solutions for increased efficiency within the organization
• Drive and lead projects from start to finish, focusing on quality and business value
• Collaborate with colleagues in different countries and functions to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions

You will be part of a competent and committed team within Commercial Control & Analysis, which is part of Group Business Control. The function reports directly to the CFO and works with goal management, strategic business analysis, and the development of models and guidelines for service and customer profitability. We are in an exciting phase of change, which creates great opportunities both in the role and for your future development. You will report to Teresia Allvin, Head of Commercial Control & Analysis.

Your Profile

- Academic degree in economics, IT, logistics, engineering, or equivalent

- A few years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist and are accustomed to working with complex data management. You have worked with various data sources and have the competence to integrate and transform data to ensure both accuracy and usability.

- Good knowledge of BI tools and data visualization such as Power BI, Tableau, SAC, or similar

- Strong project management skills and experience in driving projects

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

- Meritorious: experience in the logistics industry, Databricks, and Python
